End in Sight

Tomorrow, we are being sent to Radiology. There we will meet with the anesthesiologist who will sedate Neviyah. We will then be kicked out of the room while they insert the PICC line. We will be trained on how to keep it clean, perhaps how to give Neviyah antibiotics, then we will be discharged around 4:30 p.m. At 5:00 p.m. is our appointment with the Urologist. There we will go over the xrays and the plan. The plan is surgery as long as Neviyah has a clean urine. The date is the 13th of February. Yes, that is a Friday. Don't go there, please. We can expect three nights in the hospital. I will have more to report about that after the appointment.
In the meantime, Kosher meals have arrived at the hospital!!! I ate a de-licious Kosher lunch. Black bean burgers, mixed veggies, apple turnover. I ate a good dinner. Veggie baguettes. Broccoli. Apple crepe. I have already informed them of our return date and have requested they have at least four days of Kosher meals available.
