Misery with No Company
Surprisingly, I gained two pounds. I have been averaging eating under 1100 calories and I have been working out so I am a little confused that I gained but whatever. I guess overall I am more concerned about stabilizing my blood sugar and raising my HDL. Losing my belly fat is secondary.
I only have a few more personal training sessions and then I will have to dip into our extremely meager savings to extend it. I am thinking I will need to extend it, though. I am still not where I need to be. I did three minutes of cardo between 7.0 and 8.6 METS and I am positive that it almost killed me! My heart was thumping out of my chest. I still need guidance and motivation.
Tonight is veggie chili Shabbat and I am excited! De-licious! Shabbat shalom, friends!
