It has been at least two weeks since I worked out. It started with not feeling well, then my back went out, then I didn't feel good again...fighting an upper respiratory infection and then a cold. I clearly have set back any progress I had made.
We worked all the major muscle groups. Five minutes on the elliptical after working out was hard. Five minutes? Really, body?! That's the best you can do? *sigh* We did a lot of stretching at the end of the workout, too. My flexibility is not so hot at the moment. My goal is to make it into the gym Friday, Monday and Wednesday before my next personal training session on next Friday.
