Almost to the New Year

We are almost to the New Year. I finally started to consider what I might want to make for our Rosh Hashana I Open House Style Vegan Lunch we are hosting for a few families.  The idea is to have a place to eat a little, socialize a lot and then be on one's way to Tashlich.  The menu looks like it is going to be some variation of this:

Homemade Hummus
(with assorted vegetables)

Kale Waldorf Salad with Honey Crisp Apples, Toasted Walnuts & Creamy Dressing

English Cucumber Salad with Fresh Dill

Pomegranate Quinoa Salad

Rockin' Roasted Rosemary Potatoes with Mustard & More

Sweet Corn with Black Beans

Walnut, Avocado & Date Salad

Sliced Apples & Honey

Neshama will be happy to know that the "more" refers to vodka and a few other spicy-ish goodies.
