Yes. For those of you who do not know, I have joined an adult kickball team. This old body got quite a workout at our first and only practice. For days, my poor gluteus maximus. It was extremely painful to walk, and to get from sitting to standing, for days. DAYS! I was finally starting to recover, when I got the bright idea to jog around my work building. Oh, um, yeah - not! Something happened. I am not quite sure what, but it feels like I am walking on a stump that starts at the hip. It is painful, and is causing me to limp and occasionally mutter things under my breath like "ouch" and "shit." First game is Sunday. I took a high dose of anit-inflammatory meds. Hope they work!
