A Guided Meditation for Sleep

Hey all of you friends in the Insomnia Facebook Club!  Tonight I am going to try this: Guided Meditation for Sleep Problems and Insomnia. Wish me luck! And I will let you know how it goes.  Oh, and if you want to start a revolution, I am doing this at 9:30 pm. If you want to try it, start it then and our energies and sleep will be aligned (in theory). #yeah #nerdylikethat
